How Do I Secure my Appointment Slot?
All NEW clients will be required to pay a deposit (10% of your service fee). A payment card is required to pay the deposit. The remaining balance is due when you arrive to your appointment.
If you book online or through me, a credit card on file will be required to secure your appointment time. The card on file will not be charged, ONLY IF the client fails to comply with Beautology Studio’s cancellation/late/no-show policies listed below. All NEW clients will be required to pay a deposit, in order to to book an appointment with Beautology Studio.

Cancellation Policy: Beautology Studio requires at least a 48 hours (2 days) notice to reschedule/cancel an appointment as this gives us enough time to cover this spot. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee (50% of service fee) charged to your card on file.
Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period (for appointments longer than 15mins) will be given to those running late. If you are MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, and have not properly communicated with the studio, your appointment will be cancelled and will result in the same cancellation fee charge stated above. I understand that last minute emergencies occur. In that event, please be sure to communicate with the studio.
No-Show Policy: I DO NOT TOLERATE NO SHOWS. This will result in an automatic cancellation fee (100% of the service fee) charge to your credit card on file.
